Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bucksprime collects and uses information when you sign in, earn rewards, request support, request a cashout, or delete your account.

Information we collect

  • Account identifiers such as email address, login provider ID, display name, age range, gender, locale, and referral code.
  • Authentication data returned by approved providers such as Google, X/Twitter, or Facebook, limited to the data needed to create or access your Bucksprime account.
  • Reward, offer, device, analytics, cashout, and support-ticket information needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
  • Request context such as IP address, User-Agent, Accept-Language, client timezone, platform, app version/build, operating-system version, device model, and app device identifier.
  • When you start a cashout or submit a reward-related task ticket, we may ask for foreground location permission and collect approximate or precise location, Wi-Fi/network details such as network type, SSID/BSSID when available from the operating system, signal details, IP/subnet, and related permission status.

How we use information

  • To authenticate users, maintain sessions, provide rewards, process support requests, and protect the platform from fraud or misuse.
  • To perform risk checks before cashout requests and reward-related task tickets, including detecting account sharing, suspicious device/network patterns, repeated abuse, and inconsistent location or environment signals.
  • To communicate service updates, account notices, support responses, and legally required information.
  • To improve reliability, safety, localization, and product performance.

Location and network permission

Bucksprime does not request location or nearby Wi-Fi/network access when you open the app. We request it only in specific security-sensitive flows, such as before submitting a cashout request or a task ticket that involves rewards. The in-app disclosure appears before the system permission prompt. If you do not grant permission, you may still submit the request, but the missing signal may be considered during manual or automated risk review.

We use this location and network information only for account security, fraud prevention, dispute review, and compliance. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers, reward partners, payment or cashout processors, compliance partners, or authorities when necessary to provide the service, enforce rules, or meet legal obligations.

We retain account, transaction, request context, risk, and support data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Account deletion

You can request deletion at /account-deletion. We delete account profile and login identifiers unless retention is required for fraud prevention, transaction records, disputes, accounting, or legal compliance.
