Why rewards may take time
Finishing an offer and receiving coins are not the same step. Providers may need time to verify installs, purchases, milestones, or fraud checks before Bucksprime can credit the reward.
Common reasons for delay
- The provider has not sent the callback yet.
- The offer has a review or validation window.
- Only some steps were completed, so the full task is still incomplete.
When support makes sense
If your task detail says you should wait longer, follow that wait window first. Once the server says support is available, you can create a task issue ticket from My Offers.
